Instructions

  1. Choose the pages you want to color (or all of them) by clicking on the links above.
  2. When each page has finished loading in your web browser, from the top left corner of your web browser, click "File" then "Print."  Or, follow your web browser's directions on how to print a web page.  Make sure your printer is turned on and has some regular size typing paper ready.  Note:  Make sure your folks say it's okay for you to do this first!
  3. To make your own coloring book, cut along the dotted lines on each page.  Note:  Kids get some help with those scissors!
  4. You can bind your coloring book pages together by punching two holes in the side or top of each coloring book page.  Make sure the holes line up on all the pages.  Then thread ribbon or string through the holes and tie the pages together.  Don't forget to print out the coloring book cover!
  5. For this coloring book, add information about each state.  Write in the name of the state capital and look up fun information on each state, like the state bird, flower, and nickname.  Find fun stuff about each state here.
