I kneel on the cold hard floor in this dark basement
I feel pain tearing through my body as I cry for mercy
My faith has gone from my mind and body
It's to dark to tell if I'm really alive anymore
The beams of guilt slowly seep into my body
The guilt of not loving you enough
pain of not living my life for myself
thoughts of letting them drag me away to my fate
kneeling in front of my mattress in which is laying on the floor
Evil hangs over my head as I live in here
You can hear the other boys and girls screaming in pain
You grow used to the horrid smells and crawling things
my body is physical tiring slowly with each dieing day
this basement is big and spacey
you could walk around it for hours till it came to an end
my mattress is a thin blanket with a small pillow on it
the blanket has holes in it
there is no physical or emotional relief for me
my body is covered in bruises and deep cuts
I wish so much that it would end and I would die so I was in peace
