BlackDog visits Dr. House twice a year.  How often do you visit your dentist?

Dr. House told BlackDog to brush after breakfast and before going to bed.  He also said that flossing your teeth helps keep them healthy.  How often do you brush your teeth?  How often do you floss your teeth?
